Making simple and easy protein pancakes


No need to complicate this one, it’s incredibly simple to make and it packs a high protein punch with some added healthy fats. There is also a variations to get some complex carbohydrates on board if required.


I often turn to this recipe when I craving something sweet. The flavoured protein powder paired with some fruit of your choice is often enough to keep that sweet tooth at bay.


– 1x Whole egg

– 2x Egg whites

– 1 scoop of banana whey protein powder

– 1 tbsp of peanut butter

Produces one protein pancake
